Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs €4.90 and is free for orders equal to or above €79 (calculated on the value of the products). The cost is always shown transparently in the cart and in the order summary, before payment.

2. Delivery times

• Standard shipping: indicative delivery in 2-4 working days.
• Express shipping (where available at checkout): indicative delivery in 1-2 working days.

The times indicated are in working days and run from the moment the courier takes charge of the parcel. They may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays) or due to force majeure. Remember that, being a marketplace, orders containing products from different sellers may arrive in separate parcels.

3. Tracking

Every shipment is tracked: you receive an e-mail with the tracking link as soon as the courier takes charge of the parcel, and you can follow its status from the Orders section of your personal area.

4. Couriers

Shipments are managed through the platform's logistics account with national couriers, to guarantee a uniform delivery and return experience. The seller does not use their own couriers.

5. Countries served

We currently deliver within Italy (including the islands, with possible additional times for certain locations). The opening to other European Union countries is underway and will be announced on the website with the relevant rates.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier makes a further attempt or holds the parcel in storage according to its own procedures. We ask you to enter a correct address and contact number and, where possible, useful indications for the courier.
