Terms and Conditions of Use

LookOnYou is a fashion marketplace operated by VRSC GROUP SRL UNIPERSONALE, with registered office at Via Mario Rapisardi 2, 90144 Palermo (PA), Italia (hereinafter "LookOnYou", "we"). These Terms govern the use of the website and the purchase of the products offered for sale. By using the website or placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. LookOnYou's role — who the seller is

LookOnYou is a multi-seller marketplace: most products are sold and shipped by professional third-party sellers. Every product page always states "Sold and shipped by …": that party is the seller with whom you enter into the contract of sale and is responsible for the conformity of the goods, invoicing and the legal guarantee. LookOnYou acts as a technical intermediary and collection agent on behalf of the seller.

Some products are sold directly by VRSC GROUP SRL UNIPERSONALE (labelled as sold by LookOnYou): in that case we are the seller. In either case you pay a single price, with a single checkout and a single support experience.

2. Account

You can purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activities carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into contracts. You may request the closure of your account at any time from your personal area or by writing to info@lookonyou.com.

3. Prices, VAT and transparency (Omnibus)

All prices are expressed in euros and are inclusive of VAT. The price displayed is the one valid at the time of the order. Next to every discounted price we indicate, as required by the Omnibus Directive (transposed by Legislative Decree 26/2023), the lowest price applied in the 30 days preceding the promotion.

Shipping costs, where due, are added transparently before the order is confirmed: €4.90 for standard shipping, free for orders equal to or above €79.

4. Ordering process

• Add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Enter your shipping and billing details and choose the payment method.
• Before confirming you see a summary with products, quantities, price, shipping and total.
• By clicking "Pay"/"Order" you submit a purchase offer; the contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail.
• We reserve the right not to accept orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud; in such cases we do not charge any amount or we refund what has been paid.

5. Payments

Payments are securely handled by our provider Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards and the methods shown at checkout (e.g. wallets and "buy now, pay later", where available for your device/country). Card details neither pass through nor are stored on our servers (PCI-DSS standard, SAQ-A); strong customer authentication (SCA/PSD2) is handled by Stripe.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by tracked courier. Indicative times are 2-4 working days for standard shipping and 1-2 working days for any express shipping. You will find full details on the Shipping and Delivery page.

7. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery and you benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. The procedures are described on the Right of withdrawal and Returns and Legal guarantee of conformity pages.

8. Content, notices and the Digital Services Act (DSA)

As an online platform we apply Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). You can report to us content or offers that you consider illegal or non-compliant through support or by writing to info@lookonyou.com. We examine notices promptly and in a non-arbitrary manner. When we remove an offer or restrict an account we provide a statement of reasons to the party concerned, who may contest the decision.

9. Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, texts, graphics and software of the website are protected and may not be used without authorisation. The trademarks of the brands on sale belong to their respective owners and are shown for the purpose of product identification.

10. Dispute resolution (ODR/ADR)

If you have a complaint you can contact us at any time: we will seek a swift solution. As a consumer you are also entitled to turn to the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission:

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the application of the mandatory rules of the country of residence and the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remain unaffected, where non-derogable.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms to align them with regulatory or service changes. Orders remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
