LookOnYou is open to brands and professional sellers who want to reach new customers while maintaining a high-level shopping experience. This page is a public summary: the full terms are contained in the Seller Agreement that you sign during onboarding in the Seller Center.

Requirements

• Being a professional operator with a VAT number and authentic products that you are entitled to dispose of.
• Complying with our anti-counterfeiting policies and those on the quality of product listings (photos, sizes, correct descriptions).
• Guaranteeing genuine availability of the goods in stock.

How it works

• Commission: 20% on the sale price of each item sold (VAT included, discounts applied). On returns the commission is reversed.
• Shipping: labels (outbound and return) are provided by the platform; the related logistics costs are charged to the seller in the statement.
• Fulfilment SLA: shipping within 48 working hours of receiving the order; repeated delays may lead to suspension from the catalogue.
• Statements and payments: automatic monthly statement and deferred payment on the 20th of the following month, by bank transfer to the linked account (subject to KYC verification).

How to apply

Write to us at info@lookonyou.com indicating your brand/company: we will guide you through onboarding in the Seller Center, where you can read and sign the full Seller Agreement (including the terms on brand policy, data protection and suspensions).
