Right of withdrawal and Returns

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you receive the goods (art. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the order consists of several parcels delivered separately, the term runs from the receipt of the last item.

2. How to make a return

• Log in to your personal area, Orders section, and select the items you wish to return.
• Generate the return: the prepaid return label is already included/downloadable — you do not need to contact the seller or arrange shipping yourself.
• Repackage the intact products, with tags and any original packaging, and apply the label.
• Hand the parcel over to the indicated drop-off point/courier: from that moment the shipment is tracked.

3. Return costs

The return shipment is arranged and prepaid by LookOnYou through the included label: no return cost is charged to the customer, and no restocking fee. We only ask that you use the label provided and hand back the goods within the indicated terms.

4. Refund

Once the return is received and its integrity has been verified, we proceed with the refund within 14 days. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order and includes the price of the returned products (net of any proportional discount already applied). You will receive a notification when the refund is issued.

5. Condition of returned products

You may try on the items as you would in a shop, but not use them. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning. Damaged, worn products or products without tags may result in a reduction of the refund.

6. Statutory exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to (art. 59 of the Consumer Code):

• goods made to measure or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons, if opened after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings in contact with the body);
• goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

7. Model withdrawal form

You may also exercise your withdrawal by means of an explicit declaration. Below is the model form (optional) provided for in Annex I, part B, of the Consumer Code:

8. Defective products

A return for a change of mind is different from the legal guarantee: if the product is defective or non-conforming, the 24-month legal guarantee applies, with remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund) at no cost to you. See the Legal guarantee of conformity page.
